GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL AGE TEAM & SENIOR AGE PLAYER CAMP

Modeled after the highly successful Advanced Boys Team and Senior Age Player Camp, this specialized camp is designed to meet the needs of advanced high school age players in a team setting. The camp focuses on the specific technical and tactical needs of the team, enabling teams to develop in a contained, focused and competitive environment. The camp features advanced training techniques, full- and small-sided tournaments against comparable age high school or club teams and daily speakers on a wide array of topics, including: college preparation and recruitment, strength and conditioning, nutrition, advanced training techniques, and a segment entitled: "Athletes Talking to Athletes," where college players speak with CISA players about the athletic, academic and social components of the game at the high school and college levels. Space is limited to 15 to 18 teams and 270 participants. Players who wish to attend individually, in a small group, or with a friend, may register as "independents". Upon arrival at camp "independents" will be combined to form a team, or be placed on an existing registered team that may need to add a "few" players.
